Stage 1: Arrival
Walk-in Patient
- Patient arrives at hospital
- Takes a number (optional)
- Proceeds to reception
Appointment Patient
- Patient arrives at hospital
- Reports to reception with appointment details
- Staff confirms appointment
Stage 2: Registration
New Patient
- Receptionist collects information:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- Emergency contact
- System creates patient record
- System creates family membership
- Patient ID generated
- Digital saving card created
Returning Patient
- Receptionist searches by phone or Patient ID
- Verifies patient identity
- Updates any changed information
Stage 3: Queue
- Patient assigned to doctor's queue
- Queue number issued
- Patient waits in designated area
- Queue status visible on TV display
- Audio announcement when called
Stage 4: Clinical
Consultation
- Nurse records vitals (optional)
- Doctor reviews patient history
- Doctor conducts examination
- Doctor records findings (SOAP notes)
- Doctor makes diagnosis (ICD-10)
Orders
- Doctor orders lab tests (if needed)
- Doctor creates prescription (if needed)
- Services added to invoice automatically
Stage 5: Payment
- Patient proceeds to cashier
- Cashier reviews invoice
- VIP discount applied automatically
- Patient selects payment method
- Payment processed
- Receipt generated
- Loyalty points awarded
Stage 6: Exit
With Prescription
- Patient proceeds to pharmacy
- Pharmacist dispenses medications
- Patient receives medications
- Patient exits
With Lab Orders
- Patient proceeds to laboratory
- Sample collected
- Patient exits (or waits for results)
